Which means an assortment literally ranging from vegetables, phones, electronics, spices, underwear and fish to household materials, fabrics, clothes and meat. Finding your way through the maze of alley’s, manoeuvring past the beautifully displayed goods and all the bartering and bargaining one is expected to do, makes going to an African market like this more of an exotic adventure than a shopping excursion.
