At Ngala Lodge Restaurant, good food and easy hospitality go hand in hand. Led by Chef Peter, the kitchen focuses on fresh ingredients, strong flavours, and dishes that feel refined without ever being overcomplicated. We have daily specials that will surprise you every time.
The menu is shaped by the ocean, the season, and a love for sharing. From Atlantic seafood and lobster to handmade pastas, vibrant salads, slow-cooked meats, and classic desserts, there’s something for every moment of the day… whether you’re here for a long lunch, sunset tapas, or an unhurried dinner.

With barracuda, sweet potato and potato served with a house made dip.
Grilled Goat Cheese Salad
Served with balsamic onion compote and a Gambian Honey Dressing.

Roasted with garlic and sea salt, served with aioli.
Beef Carpaccio
Marinated beef fillet wafer thin sliced with rocket salad, parmesan shavings, olive oil and fresh basil.

On a mixed leaf and papaya salad with tartar sauce

Slow cooked lamb and wed wine ragout with Parmesan shavings

When available, these are a must. Marinated in garlic, chili and olive oil, with a tamarind lime butter sauce.
